Chicken & Andouille Gumbo


This video will show you how I make my chicken and andouille gumbo. For those of you who don’t know what andouille is … it’s a type of sausage but more dense and meaty than regular sausage. Crab Salad


This is the Ponchartrain Salad. It’s loaded with Lump Crabmeat, Capers, Tomato, Avacado, Heart of Palm and cucumbers with Traditional Remoulade Sauce. This is almost a meal in itself. Only available at Frenier Landing Restaurant & Oyster Bar.
